No. 25 Article 1/December 7, 2007

Last Issue in 2007

As the year draws to a close, I always take the opportunity to thank all of you who read articles in the Bulletin, either religiously or casually, for your support of our efforts. I speak for all of the Extension specialists and educators and the academic professionals who contribute to the Bulletin, one of our primary outlets for communication. Without your enduring interest in our information, your frequent reports of crop conditions and pest problems, and your feedback, our efforts would be pointless. For this, we obligate ourselves to help you with as much research-based and situational information we can provide.

As you reflect on the past year and look forward to 2008, we hope that you believe you have gained some benefit from our efforts and plan to refer to the Bulletin for objective information well into the future. We will see many of you at numerous locations during the busy winter meeting season, and we look forward to the interactions and suggestions for improving our educational efforts. In the meantime, enjoy the opportunity to relax with friends and family during the holidays. We'll stay in touch.--Kevin Steffey
