Lock in the Dates for the 2001 Crop Protection Technology Conference

September 7, 2000
Although most thoughts are on the upcoming harvest, don't forget to lock in the dates for the 2001 Crop Protection Technology Conference. The dates for this year's conference are January 9 and 10, 2001, and it will be held at the Illini Union on the campus of the University of Illinois. The conference will have a new look in 2001, one in which the participants will have more choices than at any time in the past. We hope you like the changes in the program format. The conference will begin with a keynote session on some of the continuing "hot" and controversial issues revolving around biotechnology and its use in the crop-protection arena. After the keynote session, we will present New Developments from Industry, followed by a mixer. During the second day of the conference, participants will have opportunities to attend two of four symposia or take part in some of the 14 smaller workshop sessions. Because of these changes, participants will have opportunities to "tailor make" their individual schedules for the 2-day conference.

Watch for additional details about this conference in forthcoming issues of the Bulletin. After October 1, check out the following web site: Gray
