Reporting Captures of Western Corn Rootworm Adults

August 27, 1999
Remember to report your western corn rootworm scouting data! Be sure to include beetle counts, numbers of traps, numbers of weeks scouted, location of the fields (township and section number), type of traps (Pherocon AM or Multiguard) used, and contact information (name, address, and phone number). You may report this information via the Internet at http://www.aces.uiuc.edu/~ipm/field/corn/imr/wcrscout/wcrscout.html, by e-mail at ipm@uiuc.edu, or by mail (Sue Ratcliffe, University of Illinois, Department of Crop Sciences, 1102 South Goodwin Avenue, N-315 Turner Hall, Urbana, IL 61801). If you report your scouting data, you will receive a copy of our 1999 Western Corn Rootworm Summary and will be eligible to participate in the 2000 On-Farm Root-Rating Program. I look forward to hearing from you.--Sue Ratcliffe
